Hello my name is Isabel Valle and I am an ICF PCC accredited Leadership Coach and mentor and the founder of Global Room. I coach Executives, Leaders and Expatriates for growth and success.
My definition of leaders are those who are willing to take ownership of their own life, regardless of age, status, background, job or past challenges presented. Today’s leaders are not just those leading companies, today’s leaders look like you.
I was born in Spain and have lived and worked in many countries for the last 18+ years. I have recently relocated to Thailand’s capital, Bangkok. I am married and I am the mother of two beautiful children.
My passion is helping others achieve success in both their professional and personal lives through my “Global Room” concept. I have helped numerous clients improve efficiency and productivity at work, start up new businesses, identify their dream job, create work-life balance, improve relationships, find their inner public speaker, improve confidence and self-esteem, lose weight, create meaningful goals and realistic action plans to achieve them, and the list goes on.
I have an extensive Executive background in hospitality with over 15 years experience leading high performing teams. My working career took me to working and living in different countries across 3 continents, and I do consider myself a true global citizen. Everything I do is with a global context in mind. I worked as Hotel Manager until relocating to Brunei, where I decided to embark in my life’s true purpose to help people maximise their true potential.
As well as completing Advanced Coaching studies, I completed studies in Business Management, Human Resources, Public Relations, Revenue Management, Training and Development and Human Behaviour Analysis. I am also DISC certified. Additionally, I am a certified Master NLP Practitioner, NLP Master Coach, Time Line Therapy, Hypnotherapy and level 3 Usui Reiki Practitioner. I am bilingual in Spanish and English.
In coaching, I have an energetic and thought provoking style, and I am passionate about helping everyday leaders become effective leaders. I have experience working with leaders across a wide variety of industries across the world.
My coaching approach is non-threatening, yet direct and consistent in supporting accountability. I bring keen insight, pragmatism and energy to coaching conversations, focusing on performance solutions.
My life experiences allow me to provide a level of empathy and understanding that will allow us to build rapport, and create a safe , non-judgemental and confidential environment in which you will be able to become the leader you want to be. I firmly believe that it is never too late to create success in your life.
I possess a natural leadership ability, having grown from a Receptionist role in my first hotel job in London to being promoted to Hotel Manager in Australia with the largest hotel chain in the world. I have extensive experience in the areas of leadership and management, operations, human resources, revenue management and sales and marketing, as well as coaching, mentoring and facilitation.
Throughout my hospitality career I was able to consistently achieve successful results for all key stakeholders, however the area I felt most passionate about was helping my employees grow and succeed, which led me to venture out of the hospitality industry and embark into my true passion to help others maximise their potential and overall performance.
